   We collect only what’s needed to give you access to your gallery and process your order — things like your name, email, and payment details. This information is kept private and never shared.

2. Photos of Minors

   Dance galleries are shared only with participating families and the dance school (if applicable). We never post or promote individual images of children without consent.

3. Security

   All photos are hosted safely through Pixieset, which uses secure connections for browsing and checkout. Timeless Imagery doesn’t store payment information.

4. Gallery Duration

   Galleries stay live for a limited time (usually 3–6 months) and may be archived afterward. If you’d like your gallery removed sooner, just reach out — we’ll take care of it promptly.
